Savory Brunch Mocktail

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Nature Fresh Farms® Cocktail tomatoes
- ½ tsp Tajine spice or hot sauce to taste
- 1 cup clam juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- ½ tsp celery salt
- Tajine spice for the rim
- Fresh lime wedges
- Grilled cherry tomatoes for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Wash cocktail tomatoes, quarter and drop in blender. Whirl on highest setting until liquid.
Step 2
Stir in all remaining ingredients. At this point, the juice may appear very frothy.
Step 3
Set aside in refrigerator for 24 hours to blend flavours.
Step 4
Before serving, pass tomato juice thru a sieve to remove extra pulp and seeds.
Step 5
Rim cocktail glasses in tajine spice and fill glasses with ice. Pour in spiced tomato juice and garnish with lime and cherry tomatoes.
Chef's Tips
Get ahead of your brunch prep by making this ahead. Mocktail will keep, refrigerated, for several days and the flavour just gets better as it sits. The blender makes the juice a little frothy so making it ahead also helps the texture. Switch up the garnish with small grilled peppers or onions.
