Strawberry Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
- 340g package Nature Fresh Farms®
Little Obsessions™ Organic Strawberries - 170g package Raspberries
- 170g package Blackberries
- chocolate covered almonds or raisins
- dried apricots or pears
- toasted almonds or candied pecans
- pretzels
- chocolate biscuits
- milk or dark chocolate caramels or truffles
- Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
- 200g 70% coco single origin, bean to bar chocolate
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
Directions
Step 1
Gently wash and dry all berries.
Step 2
Make chocolate dipping sauce: Chop some of the chocolate to measure ¾ cup, about 135g. Place in a small microwave safe bowl. Add whipping cream and corn syrup. Microwave on half power for 1 minute. Stir well to combine. Transfer into a small dipping bowl.
Step 3
To assemble, arrange berries on the board around the chocolate dip.
Step 4
Break remaining chocolate into large pieces. Place on the board along with pretzels and dried fruit. Fill in spaces with nuts, cookies and truffles.
Chef's Tips
Customize and have fun with your dessert board, choosing any favorite dried fruit and nuts for a personalized touch. This Dessert Board can be made several hours ahead and kept in a cool place. Just reheat chocolate dip and stir well before serving.
