Bell Pepper Chicken
& Dill Soup

Ingredients
- 5 Nature Fresh Farms® Sauci™ Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Nature Fresh Farms® red bell pepper
- 4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery,
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 2 cups skinless chicken
- 3 tbsp. dill, dried
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Step 1
Cook chicken for 10 minutes in a skillet at medium-heat.
Step 2
Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, shred into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Step 3
Dice tomatoes, bell peppers, celery, and garlic cloves.
Step 4
Bring broth to a boil. Add tomatoes, bell peppers, celery and garlic.
Step 5
Cook uncovered, over medium heat until vegetables are tender, approximately 20 minutes.
Step 6
Add noodles and chicken; simmer until the noodles are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in dill and lemon juice.
