Pan Seared Grape Tomatoes & Toasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nature Fresh Farms® Grape Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

Directions

Step 1

In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and mixed Grape Tomatoes.

Step 2

Sauté until tomatoes blister and turn golden brown.

Step 3

Take tomatoes off of heat and add balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.

Step 4

Place on serving bowl and garnish with toasted almonds.

Chef's Tips

To turn this recipe into an appetizer place in an oven proof dish and top with goat cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is warm and soft.
