Berry Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) NatureFresh Farms® Little Obsessions™ Organic Strawberries
- 1 pkg (250g) 2 naan
- 6 thin slices Prosciutto
- 1/3cup (44 g) crumbled goat cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh basil leaves
Directions
Step 1
Wash all produce before preparing your meal. Preheat the barbecue to medium high.
Step 2
Slice strawberries in halves or thirds depending on size.
Step 3
When barbecue is ready, toast the top side of each naan, until hot and lightly charred. Flip onto a platter or baking sheet with the charred side up.
Step 4
Lay 3 prosciutto slices over each naan. Top with sliced strawberries. Sprinkle goat cheese among the berries. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Gently slide the naan back on the grill. Close the lid and cook until the bottom of the naan is gently toasted and the berries are warmed.
Step 6
Remove from the grill. Top with a light drizzle of vinegar and olive oil.
Step 7
Top with basil leaves. Slice and serve as a fresh summery appetizer.

Cooking strawberries is a great way to use those less than perfect berries that won’t make it into your shortcake.
