Red Pepper Quinoa Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Nature Fresh Farms® red bell pepper
- 1 Nature Fresh Farms® beefsteak tomato
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. pureed garlic
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Step 1
Wash all produce before preparing.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Enjoy! Makes roughly 3 cups of dip.
