Ingredients

  • 1 Nature Fresh Farms® red bell pepper
  • 1 Nature Fresh Farms® beefsteak tomato
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. pureed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Wash all produce before preparing.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Enjoy! Makes roughly 3 cups of dip.
