Cheese Shelled Tacos & Salsa

Ingredients
- 10 Dramas™ cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 mexican blend cheese (per shell)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- spring mix to taste
- green onion to taste
- 1 small red onion
- ½ cup frozen corn
- 1 small avocado
- 1 lime
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Make cheese piles 2 inches apart and then flatten.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes – keep an eye on them once edges are golden brown.
Step 4
Let cheese cool and fold over a wooden spoon to form taco shells.
Step 5
Let cheese shells sit for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Brown ground turkey over medium heat. Mix in taco seasoning and garlic salt.
Step 7
Stuff cheese shells with turkey.
Step 8
Top with spring mix, salsa and diced green onion.

Wash produce before preparing.

Slice Snacking Tomatoes, purple onions and avocado.
Step 3
Mix together with lime juice, corn and garlic salt.
